Here is a wonderful story about our social responsibility inquiry process PAYING IT FORWARD.
Paying It Forward is a movie that we have used at the school to demonstrate our belief system. Our beliefs are: Responsibility, Acceptance, Cooperation, Respect
Here is a real life example of "Paying it Forward"
During the past year, we have endeavoured to extend our belief system into our community. Last week at the Sandman, Wendy Wasstrom, grade 7 parent, Educo coordinator was talking on the phone about fundraising for their Educo field trip; ie what they had accomplished and what they still needed. A couple from Surrey were listening to her conversation and subsequently wrote a check for $1600.00. IS THAT NOT "PAYING IT FORWARD'!!!!!!!!!!!!
